My brother in law died pretty young and I’ve almost been driven to drink in the past stepping in for his 2 kids, my nephew and niece. Turned out to be great kids but it was tough!!
I CANT IMAGINE how hard parenting is.

Your dad raised some fine, responsible sons/daughters. Surely, he must be proud. Your niece and nephew are fortunate individuals. In today’s environment, parenting would seem an insurmountable task.
