Well, why don’t we all sit in a circle,
And pass around a bottle,
And I will play guitar,
You, the air will throttle.
The key to our enjoyment,
Is a song, a drink, a laugh.
Let’s invite all the FReepers,
And Jim and all his staff.
Our jolly camaraderie,
Will only flourish if,
We put aside contentions,
As we pass around the fifth.
Forget Putin! Forget Clintoon!
Forget Erdogan! Forget Merkel!
Tis a night of fellowship,
As we sit around the circle.
Let Major FRiendship be our mode,
Even if our gifts are minor,
Since everything is relative,
Just don’t play a guitar if it’s made in China.

I play all my scales
On my cushy recliner.
