Well, my questions would be, who will pay for it, and how much will it cost to build and operate??

Sounds great, if money were no object, build it. California could build a bullet train, if money were no object.

Speaking of which, Jerry Brown’s bullet train is in trouble, I’ve heard.................

It will cost billions. In CT they put in a busway that cost $50 million a mile - you read that right.
