Back in my day — class of 1975 — it would have been unthinkable for a boy to pose for a yearbook photo in anything but a shirt and tie.

Setting politics aside, the fact that T-shirts are allowed today is more proof of how far we’ve degenerated as a culture.

This was true for Senior Class portraits but not for group pictures of underclassmen and informals.
