2 years isn't permanent, there are some exceptions to every law and rule (this is why we have judges and judgment), and most were likely just finishing up the process after years of moving forward in the system under Obama. I won't get in a twist over this just because the media tells me I should.

It is permanent, if Mr. Trump is unwilling to undo an illegal exec. order now due to political pressure, there is no way he is going to deport the thousands he let stay under his watch...such as the person quoted in the article...now a 20 something lawyer: “...said Cesar Vargas, a Dreamer who is now a practicing lawyer.”.
