Twitter helped make Donald Trump president. It may also lead to his impeachment.
The president values Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram as ways to bypass a hostile media and express his thoughts directly and authentically. But there is a difference between tweeting as a candidate for president and tweeting as the president. And there have been plenty of times since January when his Twitter habit has diverted President Trump from his message and agenda.

Besides that Trump already knew Comey was leaking selectively. They fired Comey while he was in Calif so they could lock down his office. They had all his records. Trump refers to them as “tapes”.
Trump could prosecute Comey.
He should recall Mueller and reassign him as leader of a research team to determine Russian influece of election methods. End the Russia investigation, unrecuse Sessions, and demote Rosenstein for his odd choice of Mueller, Comey’s good friend.
First off, Obama did far worse and he did not have to use twitter because the media broadcast every word he said as if it was from God’s mouth. Remember this?

But what we are seeing here is all perfectly executed and quite wrote.
Step one, concoct a wild and crazy theory of wrongdoing. The Trump campaign colluded with Russia!!! Concoct said theory without evidence. Moreover and even more alarming, even if there was evidence it doesn’t add up to any crime being committed, at least one that is actually on the books!!!
Step two: seek a “special prosecutor.” In order to do so, make sure to taint anyone who could get in the way as having been in bed with Russia. This was used to get rid of Sessions. He had Russian dressing on his salad.
Step three: Leak information leading to a false story that will force the appointment of a special prosecutor, especially in light of the fact that the new replacement for the recused AG is more easily bowed and bent and doesn’t want anything to do with the political blowback that will ensue if a special prosecutor isn’t appointed.
Step four: There it is, the special prosecutor investigating a non-crime that even if it was a crime has no probable cause of it being committed to support an investigation. But never fear, we are going to investigate so that we can find the facts that would support starting the investigation in the first place so we can continue to investigate.
Step five: Oh, wait, there is no collusion but there is other stuff that we found that was committed in connection with the thing we should have never been investigating in the first place. SCOOTER LIBBY TIME BABY!!!!! JOHN DOE IN WISCONSIN TIME BABY!!!

This "legal right to end the investigation" is a broad and friendly interpretation by Alan Dershowitz. As far as I know, no one else agrees with this. I say "broad and friendly" because there could be a conflict of interest (Flynn) here with Trump. Just as Loretta Lynn had a conflict of interest with the Clinton campaign. One could argue that you cannot intervene in an investigation that is so close to you - one degree of separation from you, involving a close friend and an associate (Flynn for Trump, Clinton for Lynn).
Did Mueller coach Comey on yesterday’s testimony? If so, then they know that Trump knows everything about Comey’s duplicity.

Article II is far far more relevant. Read the first two paragraphs and compare them to what Obama did. Misuse of the IRS, check. Misuse of the FBI and Intelligence agencies to spy on political opponents, check.
