We put their camouflage skills to the test
\The Royal Welsh is one of the UK's finest infantry regiments.
Made up of highly trained soldiers, one of their many skills is to blend into their surroundings - usually by wearing camouflage clothing and paint.
The ability go unnoticed is vital to soldiers and can mean the difference between life and death.
But how effective is their camouflage?
We asked four soldiers from the battalion to show us how they would go about hiding in a battlefield situation.
They were instructed to hide but not completely conceal themselves.
Using their expertise, camouflage clothing and the odd stick or two the troops were happy to oblige.
Can you spot them hiding?
Take a look at our 360° pictures, to see if you can spot the soldiers.
Hidden:
I saw all for in about ten seconds, but the one on the left was iffy.
Thank you. You certainly were very persistent!
Must confess, I didn’t see it originally either. And I’m terrible at *Where’s Waldo-type searches*! Ya done good.:)
