Inaccurate reporting, the Girl in question hat did not say MAGA when she was attacked, though something similar. On her Facebook page her hat says Make Bitcoin Great Again.

Sue individual state employees who’s actions resulted in the violation of an individuals civil rights. As government agents they are very vulnerable personally under civil rights laws for violating a person’s rights.
