Now with Kaeperdick, ofc he can play on SOME level in the NFL, he has proved that much, but he is not suited to the offensive systems of the vast majority of teams and no one wants a back-up QB who is not made for their system. The NFL is a merit-based entity. Bad performers don’t play. Only the best of the best. And Kaepernick is not the best of the best.

Actually disappointed that the Seattle Snowflakes did not sign boy not so wonderful Kaepernick. He would fit in well there and it would give fans something to palpably hate. Kaepernick’s performance degraded every season. Honestly, he peaked in college and showed promise. That promise never fully developed. His best option is to find his way into coaching somehow at some lower level and work up as a coach.

They have to earn it. Then they have to keep earning it to keep that position.
