I keep a copy on my night stand but haven't read it in years.

I am about half way through the audio book. Sent it to an old friend who just had a non-fatal heart attack a week ago.

Excellent post--thanks. I re-read it every couple of years and am due, though I'll stick to print. Mere Christianity simply cannot be beaten--it's still unsurpassed. It's how to apologize.

I credit this book by C.S.Lewis and St Francis of Assisi leading me to the faith. Great primer for someone wanting to know about the Christian faith and the existence of God.
