First, who hired this wench? Was she put in place for this reason, to be the conduit for this? If so, then this was planned before this nutjob was even hired.

Second: Just because someone has a security clearance, that doesn’t mean you get to see everything at that clearance. It’s on a need to know basis. If she didn’t need to know it, how did she get access to it? Did someone else spoon feed this to her? If so, who was it and why isn’t he/she charged also?
