I agree with you completely. If people don’t want comments, they shouldn’t post articles. If they opt to post, they should somehow reconcile themselves to the fact that people will make comments, and that’s okay/allowed.
I’m most curious, though, as to whether Dr. P has ever been called a stalker. It’s an interesting charge, and one, imo, a person only fully understands after they’ve been accused of it.
“I agree with you completely.”
Ah, perhaps we have reached some consensus where we each feel heard! I hope so anyway.
For the record: No, I can’t say I’ve been accused of stalking, cyberstalking or otherwise. Seems like a weird accusation on a discussion forum with a finite number of participants, mostly anonymous. I can tell you’re offended by it, but if there’s any way you can just ignore it, I recommend that. Sorry it happened to you, but I think that happens on the internet a lot. Good luck.
I think, in future, if that particular poster calls you “a stalker” you take it with a grain of salt. All your posts on this thread were logical and intelligent - not stalkerish. I use sarcasm which I suppose to lesser minds indicates stalkerism!
