ADA, Oklahoma - Ada Police say a man shot and killed his neighbor, claiming the neighbor was trying to drown two infants Friday morning. Police officer Lisa Bratcher says the man was attempting to drown a boy and a girl, both three-months-old in the bathtub when a 12-year-old ran out of the home and told his neighbor.
According to KXII, the CBS affiliate in Sherman, Texas, police said that neighbor went inside the home, confronted the man holding the two infants in the tub and shot him twice.
Police say the two infants were stable when they were taken to an Oklahoma City hospital.
Ada Police have not released the names of the man who was killed or the neighbor.
Well gee according to the story there are at least 2 witnesses, the 12 year old and the mom. Read much?
He was also holding the mother off with a knife. The mother will have testimony, too.

This must be kinda like the time in Crandon Wis, where they caught up with the dude who killed kids at a party. He committed suicide with two shots to the head.

I am guessing the guy who was killed was holding a knife to the mother and only talking about drowning the infants.....the knife on the mother should be enough for this to be a good shooting.

The infants wouldn’t have been airlifted to the hospital if nothing had happened. ‘Stable,’ doesn’t imply they arrived in 100% okay condition. It means that whatever issues they may have had have been stabilized.

With 2 mins of elementary reading and research, it is known that there are at least three (3) witnesses capable of giving testimony: The abused wife, the shooter, and the daughter of the deceased animal. There is also the 911 call which will probably be horrific.
