Post this everywhere:

In 2015, China emitted 10.4 billion tons of CO2... the US 5.2... The entire EU 3.5... India 2.4... Russia 1.8. China elite more than US, EU, and India COMBINED (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_carbon_dioxide_emissions)

China has 187 of the Top 500 worst air quality cities... and 100 of the Top 222... and the US none in the Top 500. (Poland surprisingly has several.) (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_most_polluted_cities_by_particulate_matter_concentration)

The Paris Agreement allows China to INCREASE it's CO2 output by 34% until 2030... while the other nations (except India) must reduce theirs... (source: http://www.reuters.com/article/us-france-china-climatechange-idUSKCN0PA1G420150630) This means that they can add as much additional CO2 output as the entire EU is currently producing, over the next 17 years...

(And of course, that's just their promise to cap it by 2030... Chinese Communist Party promises on Social Issues are not exactly the most reliable promises around...)

China averages about 270ppm, hyper-industrial Japan averages about 70, and the US averages about 40... and WE need to do more for global air quality?!?!?
