What sick bastard could be so cruel?
I’m guessing she’s a typical irresponsible dog owner who lets her animals bark and howl all day and night, and lets them terrorize the neighborhood. Someone got fed up and couldn’t shoot the owner so decided to take it out on the dog.
Or maybe he was hoping the owner would eat the hot dogs.

My dog was poisoned when I was a kid.
The neighbor dog barked a lot but ours barely made a sound. We think people from the apartments behind us got them confused and poisoned my dog by mistake.
I like to think there is a special place reserved in hell for them.
I’d find the person who did this and force them to eat their own product...
Must be one amazing dog not to gobble those hotdogs before she could reach them to take them away. Unless she tied the dogs up first and went to pick them up.
Also it’s interesting how neatly the perp put the razor fragments in the hotdogs there instead of completely covering them.
I lean towards hoax, but who knows. Seems like those hot dogs were made pretty photogenic, you want to really do something scummy like this do this you put the slivers all the way in, right? Not sticking out of neatly cut segments so someone can see them or the dog can feel them in their mouth.
