I thought that was her dedicated “Chef Petty Officer” who was the transferred cook from the White House out their Chappaqua house back in 2000-2001. His transfer and promotions on both ends of the White House service were full of “unusual” payoffs and favors. As you would expect from Her Royal Highness.
Now retired, if he’s the one I remember.
