My BP did the same thing. It’s in the 109/58 range.

Two years ago I almost died when it went to over 230, liver and kidneys failed, and picked up a nasty staph infection that was causing me to hemorrhage internally. The MD’s told me I wasn’t going to last that night but I’ve had the last laugh so far.

Then rehab. They said I only had a 50/50 chance of living until July of last year. Started a physical exercise program that include Bowflexing, walking 31/2 miles a day, and the Concept2. Can’t say enough for rowing machine.

I've been working out for years, but, for the last 5 years, have taken a small dose of lisinopril to keep the BP under control.

5 days ago, I moved my rowing up from 5K to 12K a day...and my BP dropped like a rock.

Might call the doc tomorrow and see if I should discontinue the lisinopril for a while.

I have always found that there is something magical about a 1 hour cardio per day.

Back when I used to run for an hour a day, I had the blood pressure of a little girl.;-) And that was a good thing.
