Hey ViKing, I might have to ship some in. Do you have tomorrow off?

Yes! My company's motto is, 'Happy as a clam? Want to be happy as a person?' Three day weekend. Paid. Between the PTO, personal days, and holidays, they gave me almost four weeks right out of the gate. Plus 10% profit sharing if we meet FY goals. Their philosophy is, people are more productive if given autonomy, and not have management looking over their shoulders and pressuring them. And they're right. Last week, our company went public at the NYSE at 9:30 AM, and our CEO, CFO, and all the senior VP's were there. They make a BIG deal out of it. Streamed it live from the Stock Exchange, On CNBC, too I think. And they paid for a catered victory breakfast at all the main offices - bacon, eggs, hash browns, every sort of breakfast biscuit you can think of, the WORKS. They do that quite a bit. We get two crates of fresh fruit from The Fruit Guys every other week - apples, oranges, grapefruit, avocados, pears, fresh and candied nuts. They spread it out on the table on the break room (which has all-steel, commercial grade fridges and microwaves, four coffeemakers, and an Otis Spunkmeyer cookie oven). And we have a big catered gourmet lunch coming up because we beat all the other offices in productivity, and overall employee satisfaction in 2016. And I swear I'm not used to making the salary and benefits I'm getting. God, I love my job.
