I’m also a USAA member. I wrote a letter to the CEO, mailed it yesterday. I reminded him the company is owned by the policyholders, we aren’t just customers. As an owner I asked him to send a letter to all owners explaining the company’s advertising policy, and the decision to cancel advertising on the Hannity show.
I encourage all USAA member/owners to write letters to the CEO requesting a report to the owners. We need to hold management accountable for its decisions in operating our company.
USAA member here as well since 1977. I let them know on face book and on the phone what I think. Cancelling on Maddow’s show doesnt make me a bit happier. They hurt a guy who has been a very strong advocate for the military and veterans and I will not forgive or forget. I am still considering taking my insurance and mortgage business elsewhere.
I am a USAA member now. If they go left; they will lave me. I hope they stay the course.
