I lived in Los Angeles for 18 years and have been to at least 100 Italian restaurants and I was there was only six I've been to that actually had Italian owners and chefs. Most of the Italian restaurants are owned and run by Armenians....where's the outrage. BTW I never once complained, if I didn't care for their food I just wouldn't go back. These liberal Nazis' need to be stopped.....One way or another.

Almost all of the cuisine known as “Mexican food” here in the U.S. was developed in Texas, NM and Southern California. Each of those regions has created several styles of their own.

Go ahead, go to Mexico, get away from any Americanized resorts, and try their traditional dishes. They’re bland and uninspiring. You won’t find anything you recognize as “Mexican food” there. Only superficially anyway.
