Uncertainty Surrounding the Estimates

The ways in which federal agencies, states, insurers, employers, individuals, doctors, hospitals, and other affected parties would respond to the changes made by the legislation are all difficult to predict, so the estimates discussed in this document are uncertain.

The CBO was also the agency that predicted that 22 Million people would sign up for OBAMACARE - only 11 Million did - 100% error!

It looks like we’ll never get rid of socialized medicine. And the Democrats knew this.

fwdude :" It looks like we’ll never get rid of socialized medicine.

Remember when co-paid medical insurance was a 'benefit' of ongoing employment between emplyer and the employee ?
With the expense of Socialized Medicine going up an average of 17% each year, fewer an fewer can afford it ?
Whereas the inflation rate is supposed to be around 3 1/2 to 4 percent per year, why is medical cost rising so astronomically high, and so fast ?

The assumptions which led them to proclaim that under the new plan 23 million people would “lose” their medical coverage are absurd - 23 million people would no longer be threatened with a fine - or is a tax - if they don’t purchase coverage and just may not want to do so - especially those younger and healthier who may feel they want to spend their hard-earned dollars on something else - but this would be something everyone should be applauding - Americans having more freedom of choice in economic decisions - Republicans should be out front destroying the big lie about lost coverage right away.....
