It raises a good point, whether intentionally or not, about the initial quality awards. Yes that's all very nice, but how do they compare after five years.
I'm no fan of GM after the bailouts, but I would consider giving them another chance, for the sake of the US economy, after this country came to its senses and elected President Trump.

It’s difficult to have long term “quality” without delivering initial quality (Design, Build and Supplier).

Because of the gay Kenyan polesmoker, GM is now partially owned by the autoworkers union, and thus I will never, ever buy anything they produce, ever.
They stole the value of that company from the shareholders.
It should be given back to them.
