All the GOP had to do was get behind the wall and Trump’s and congressional approval would be approaching 60%. It just shows how much power K Street wields over congress.
Congress isn’t going to do anything to aid Trump until near the 2018 midterm elections...Then watch how much the republicans claim to like Trump...

And therein lies the matter. The question for a Congressman is: Do you want to be popular or do you want to be outlandishly, ridiculously wealthy for doing no work whatsoever. Congressmen, almost without exception, choose the latter option...every time.
