What does “was assessed” mean?

The larger question is who is doing the assessing? And what exactly do they assess?

Maybe it means that they suspect he is a muzzie, and since we live in a PC world, they didn’t want to offend muzzies, so they probably didn’t do anything. But, they probably DID do a strip search on granny. You know, granny is more dangerous than a Middle East muzzie. /S

I have no idea what breaching security means. I have no idea what asssessing mean, and no idea why the dirt bag was allowed to fly, except to say he probably has ROP protection. But again, granny gets strip searched, while the dirt bag walks.
