JACKSON, Miss. – A Mississippi teenager charged with murder in the death of a 6-year-old told investigators that the boy was actually shot by another of the three teen suspects, according to an investigator's sworn statement.
The Associated Press obtained the sworn statement Friday from a source with knowledge of the case involving the death of Kingston Frazier. The boy was found shot to death at the side of a dead-end road inside his mother's abandoned car, hours after someone stole the Toyota Camry from a supermarket parking lot.

They would rather steal and murder from whites. Thats about the only code they have, if they have any other than I do what I want. Little surprised.

Doesn't matter. As I understand it, they can all be charged with felony murder. If someone gets killed during the commission of a felony, everyone who participated can be charged with that person's murder, even though only one of them actually pulled the trigger. Unfortunately, only the oldest one in this case can get the death penalty. Where am I going wrong?

The mother on the other hand could possibly get the death penalty if they can prove she set this up

That is far to humane.
Need a tractor pull set up. Take the guiltiest of the three and put him in the middle, take one and secure him to the legs of the middle guy and the other one to the neck.
Then hook them up to three or four tractors in a muddy field and pull pull pull pull

Spread eagle stake them out over an ant hill.

What mother, in her right mind, drives to a store in a bad neighborhood at 1am and leaves her child in the unlocked car with the motor running? Why not put a sign on the car saying, "Drive me away"?
She had just come from a party. Was she drunk? She was picking up "party supplies". Sounds like being a parent was the last thing she was thinking of.
According to other reports she told the police the car was missing and, later on, told them her child was in it.

Maybe that is why 17 year olds aren’t afraid to commit murder. I still think if jail sentences included hard labor would do a lot to reduce crime instead of workout rooms, internet access and libraries where inmates can study law books and figure out how to challenge their sentences.
Carton of cigarettes can buy a bit of comeuppance within the walls.
