That’s interesting - so you are planting 20 year old seeds that you kept in a freezer? Were they vaccum packed?
I am not doing much. Just started the weight training last week. May switch to incline press, because the regular style hurts my back too much, and laying flat makes me feel like I am suffocating.
Not vacuum packed seeds, just kept in the freezer. It amazes me.
When bench pressing, never arch your back, keep it flat against the bench. Put your feet up on the bench to make sure it stays flat. I work out a couple of times per week to thwart the decline that goes with aging.
