Macron won with 66.06% of the vote. That doesn’t sound like a random number. And they want us to believe 90% of Parisians voted for Macron, I don’t believe it.
And is it a coincidence that the leaders of every European country doesn’t have children?
We have relatives in Dublin. My sister in law said you see more head scarves now but down in the countryside you won’t find it much different. We go down to Cork County.
I was there in 1995 and 96. I enjoyed Paris and it certainly had some beautiful views but one could see the fraying of the social fabric starting even then.
The bleeding edge of the dying white race.
It was already bad in 2013 the last time I was there. I was harassed on the street every time I went out.
It didn’t used to be that way.
I have been to Paris numerous times over the years. It used to be safe, or least used to feel safe, to walk around even after dark in central Paris. I would not do that now.
It should really be interesting when Sharia law comes to the Louvre .. with all of those depictions of the human body (in statuary and in paintings) will have to be destroyed ...
Thanks Granddad
I am sure that the tourist dollars will start to dry up.
It is a shame as France is very dependent upon tourism.
The sooner, the better. The French deserve it. Humiliation, like any meaningful punishment should be quick.

You’re our only hope!
That and eventually all music in the UK will be deemed blasphemous. All recorded music(at Apple and EMI and Atlantic(eg)) will be destroyed. Not an ‘if’ about, only ‘when.’
So true. On our own continent, today's similar example can be seen down in New Orleans. The live Facebook video feed of the removal of the statue of Robert E. Lee was like one of those news clips of Palestinians celebrating in the streets after a suicide bombing in Israel.
Just another reminder that western civilization is a paper-thin veneer.
good!!!
Not only the artwork - the fashion industry, the cosmetics industry, the vineyards, pretty much everything that France is known for. It's all going on the scrap pile.
Ever seen that old war movie with Burt Lancaster, "The Train"? I guess that earlier version of "The Monuments Men" was as much a Hollywood fiction as that scene in Casablanca where the French stand up to the Nazis by singing La Marseillaise.
Growing up in NY in the 80s it was standard that every time a young person came back from living in Europe for any stretch of time he would spend the next six months lecturing everyone about how great European cities are, why can’t American cities be like that. I strongly doubt that still happens.
I was there at the beginning of September 2016. I found it much cleaner and the people much more friendly than on my only previous visit 40 years ago. Very few obvious Muslims in Central Paris and Versailles where I toured. I was pleasantly surprised.
