Yes, but the oxygen in a water molecule, H20, is a single atom.

And ozone (present even in the troposphere, but especially in the ozonosphere) is O3. In the ozonosphere, ozone is found in association with atomic oxygen (consisting only of single oxygen atoms).

All molecules are composed of elements.
