I am certainly not standing up for “The Wig” Waters, but I think there may be a difference... from what I have seen (and I could be incorrect) “The Wig” seems to have been careful not to say stuff about Trump on the House Floor—just anywhere and everywhere else, whereas Wilson stated his truth about Obama during joint-session on the floor...
