Age aside. She may have consented to sex with her ‘boyfriend’. There is no indication she consented to a gang bang. That was a little conspiracy between the two Illegals.
Since the rape charges against both are being dropped, it can be assumed that there is not evidence to prove she didn’t consent to having sex with both.
One interesting aspect of this case is that if the girl sent the images—presumably of herself—that form the basis for the child pornography charges, perhaps she could be charged with child pornography as well. I believe two teens in North Carolina were charged for taking nude photos of themselves.
