One interesting aspect of this case is that if the girl sent the images—presumably of herself—that form the basis for the child pornography charges, perhaps she could be charged with child pornography as well. I believe two teens in North Carolina were charged for taking nude photos of themselves.

The article states the selfies were sent only to Montano who then forwarded them to Milan. This seems to be a pretty strong indication she wasn’t interested in encouraging the older Milan.
I’ll take any charges they file against these two. But it’s bizarre Milan might not be included in the child porn charges when the images were still on his phone.
