I understand what you are saying. But we are in a new era now with Trump, and this really is intolerable. If this battle cannot be won in a Republican District, where can it be won? Why should we pay good money for this crap?
Exactly! Had a professor back in the 70s when I went to college who got his Ph.D. at Berkeley in the 60s, and still lived the part. On one project for him, I lost points because I didn't complete it as he would have done, even though his "methodology" didn't apply to the subject matter.
I finished the course best I could, didn't pick fights, then made darned sure I never took another course he taught. 40 years later, I still have nightmares about the experience, but know it made me tougher in the real world!
