Secession.
What could be more Southern?
Exactly.
I think we should back California leaving. That’d keep Democrats out of the White House for 4 or 5 elections.
Interesting that blacks continue to elect black mayors who drive away business and turn their cities into hell on earth.
But, hey, at least they’re black!
Bkmrk.
Thanks for that info; so his father is also a raving lunatic.*sigh*
The father died. So the kid took over.
Some on the city council there wanted to tax the white people who drove into the city to work but lived elsewhere. Basically, create an all out mini-Detroit.
About ten years ago a developer got angry responses from the ‘city leaders’ when he put up a sign for a suburb neighborhood suggesting, “Get out while the gettin’s good!”
He was right. That was the time to leave.
Revenge. Free stuff. Get whitey.
Jackson, Mississippi, 18.4% White.
Papa Lumumba was a hardcore maoist communist and led the old Republic of New Africa for many years. Their black state was based on the Communist Party USA’s early 20th century concept of a black state (5 states) created within the US exclusively for Blacks).
The RNA has a history of violence, esp. against the police.
Now they wear business suits instead of Mao suits. And they are still commies underneath of it all.
80% black in city proper who’s surprised
Jackson my hometown went black majority in the late 80s
That killed it plain and simple
It is very rough in every way
The western suburb Clinton is nice but going black too and will be lost in 10-15 years
The northern and eastern burbs are very nice like say Bloomfield Hills is to Detroit
Madison is actually bucolic
The southern suburbs are less defined but also white
I wish virtue signaling obsessed south haters here coulda lived it
You can’t grasp this from Boise or Souix City
That’s funny but you have other black belts belong in that
Jackson used to be Dixiecrat
Then i think two mayors were GOP but it really did not figure much
Then it went black and stayed blue and now black liberation commie
How has Columbia faired?
I haven’t been there since the 80s
Jackson is ok if not actually very nice in the surrounding countries
But city proper is 80% no good
When I grew up there 1959-1976 it was perfect
Exactly.
They just thought they had corrupt city government.
What about down river like Yazoo, Natchez Vicksburg and Carthage?
Not good.
Look who lives in Jackson. Just like most cities.
Stop posting your vanities in news. Jim Rob has enough to do without cleaning up after you.
Yazoo City survives because of Delta land money folks who contribute to the commerce there
From Midnight to Louise to Satartia the rich plantation owners fund Yazoo City
Of course with 49 four lane out past Flora and Bentonia to Yazoo has Jackson. Commuters too
Natchez has tourism but looks like problems there to me and I was just there last summer
It does have Giles Island across the river with best whitetails in America
Vicksburg also has Jackson workers but has black issues too looks like to me when I’m there in a big way
Carthage borders on Piney Woods and Choctaw peeps and is more white
Not one of these towns though is anything close to the safe comfortable communities they were up till the late 80s
They all grew black populations and that’s just what it is
Blacks left the delta and black women despite their abortion proclivity still have more babies than whites
It’s like kudzu it takes over
This is the story anywhere in the cotton states black belt
Whites fuel the town and most blacks don’t work or work part time and collect the dole however
And don’t forget private schools
You have to do that too if you’re white or black and have money
Yazoo city is 82% black
Natchez is 60% black
Carthage 45% black
Vicksburg 70%
The Choctaw casino between Carthage and Philadelphia is really nice and the design is cool
One of the best Injun casinos I’ve seen anywhere just looking at it
It’s always a reality check to look at one of those “red/blue” election maps, and see a strip of blue across deep red Mississippi, from east to west. Anyone in the know, knows who that blue strip is from.
