I’ll believe it when I see it. Why is September better than May? Trump needs to tell Ryan and McConnell he will veto this budget and is going to Florida to await their call that a budget he approves is ready to be signed. If the government shuts down, its on them, not him. Grow some backbone Mr President and establish yourself as someone to be reckoned with. Getting rolled now means disaster for your administration.
Trump won big on Gorsuch and then gave up all his momentum and advantages. Now he has none.
Pence is tweeting out like crazy now after his Rush Limbaugh visit on the radio. He did his dead level best to convince us this is a great budget and now he is tweeting the same nonsense. What a waste of time.
Forget about a filibuster-proof majority in the U.S. Senate. Donald Trump can't even rely on a majority vote in either House of Congress to support most of his agenda.

I look forward to a shut down. And don't do back pay. And IIRC Trump and the executive branch have all the discretion on money to spend during the shut down. AFAIC I'd like it just to remain "shut down" for years.
