I did not think it right to put photos of that family online.
They were speaking another language. There were two men in casual short sleeves. A young teen girl in a summer outfit with full long sleeved thick pants and long sleeved high necked shirt UNDER the cute summer outfit, she had her head in a little hijab. And a baby girl maybe two who was dressed like any toddler in America, not old enough to need all that covering. But the mom was in the flowing black robe from head to toe. They were walking on the boardwalk.
I’m not really comfortable with it and it bothers me because I am comfortable with orthodox Jewish custom dress. Maybe it is because I know Jewish men are commanded to treat their women well, even if not every man does.
