FULL TITLE........Donald Trump DOES have his finger on the red button... to order Coca Cola from a White House butler straight from his Oval Office desk.........................While many across the world are nervous at the prospect of President Donald Trump pressing a big red button in his office, it has emerged he does this on a daily basis.

A rectangular box on his desk, containing the button, has long been used by commanders-in-chief to communicate with White House staffers.

And it has now turned out that Trump uses it to order glasses of Coca-Cola, delivered by a butler.

I remember reading a article where obama had a shoe butler, mooch complained that he never picked up his shoes in the private residence. obama would just leave them where he was standing at the time.

People get outraged that he has a butler to bring him things.

When you are paying someone $400,000 a year you don’t have him wandering around rummaging in the fridge.

Yes, I know he doesn’t take his salary, but it’s the principal of the thing.

Obama had them bring him Coke too.

On a mirror. Not in a glass.

"...orders glasses of Coca-Cola..."

President Trump then most assuredly treats that person with dignity, respect, and appreciates them putting in an honest day of work.

The staff includes a Butler. Every President has had one.

They even made a movie about the Butler that left recently after many years in the Whitehouse.

This is standard in the White House, has been for decades. It's how the President signals the waitstaff.

It is also a commonplace in executive dining halls in corporations throughout America.

Important work meetings often take place over meals, and the CEO or other executives hosting meetings use an electronic signal to indicate when diners are ready for drinks or the next course. Basically protects confidentiality; servers don't have to hover or hang around the often sensitive conversations.

Trump can afford whatever wants, but he chooses well done steak, ketchup, and Coke.

Actually I think he donated his first quarterly salary to the National Park Service. So, it’s still being paid - he’s just giving it away.
