Jalen was awful the second half of the year. By the championship game, the offense was one dimensional. But people kept saying “He’s just a freshman.” So if he continues the downward spiral, will the remark be “He’s just a sophomore?”
In the first part of the year the defense was scoring about half as much as the offense.
I have friends who say that Jalen had the team in the lead in the last two minutes of the championship game and that the defense let us down.
IMO....we should have been much further ahead so that we didn't have a squeeker of a game in the last second....same with that game where Auburn beat us in the last second of the game.
Put the damn points on the board and quit lollygagging around!!
