You’re a dolt. H-1B visas are for higher skilled technology jobs requiring a college degree mostly in the STEM field. To get a STEM type of bachelors you HAVE TO HAVE A WORK ETHIC. You can’t slouch your way to an Engineering or Comp Sci degree.

I say hire American in my post and wonder why we don’t. The job pays well and they cant say it doesn’t.
If we are going to hire internationals I think we’ve hired enough Chinese, Indian and Pakistanis.
If we are going to continue hiring internationals then lets make it in “Our Best Interest” at least and improve wages and living conditions in our hemisphere.
China and India have had a good enough row in our waters for years.

H1B is to skilled workers what Illegal Immigrants are to unskilled.. nothing more.. a cheap virtual slave labor force used to depress wages and export wealth.
It is an insult when we are told that an American is unable to do a job because we are not smart enough but someone from India which lacks basic sanitation in most of the country is!
