Although I'm devastated about the little girls' painful ordeals and the parents consternation and grief over the little girls' futures.......this is an excellent way to nail these "federal contractors."

Clearly crimes have been committed here. And as you pointed out, it's against the law to cut off somebody's body parts in Tenn.

By resettling these FGM practitioners, the contractors have aided and abetted horrendous crimes against children.
