According to Breitbart, the original article (archived here), titled Could It Be Time To Deny White Men The Franchise? was credited to a HuffPo contributor by the name of Shelley Garland. Garlands profile which has since been deleted described her as an activist and feminist who is working on ways to smash the patriarchy.

Nah. It was a trial balloon. Apparently it didn’t go over to well—this time. But they’ll try again.
"too good to check"
Oh, he exists. He’s on Brando Island right now.
THEY STILL PUBLISHED IT!!!

Author doesn’t exist. Really?
Where did they send the check?

No taxation without representation; my state of NJ would collapse completely if white guys stopped paying for everything. As it is, the state is dying anyway because the “Honky McCrackers” are leaving for greener (whiter?) pastures...
LOL. Oh, they want the White guys to keep paying the taxes. Just more taxes. But no voting—just paying.
NJ is undergoing “Detroitification” on a massive scale as employers lead the exodus from the state; news articles recently pointed out how so many college-age Jerseyans find lower tuitions out of state than they’d pay as NJ residents in colleges here, and they never look back.
Our unfunded pension liabilities guarantee any newcomers are just buying shares in a massive IOU, and the infrastructure in the immigrant resettlement areas just deteriorates further because the Americans that maintained everything are gone...
Yeah—it sounds ugly. I have good memories of North Western NJ (Newton area), but those are over 35 years old.
That area has seen better times; still nice, but an anticipated economic boom has fizzled as people opted to leave NJ altogether rather than just fleeing westward/southward ahead of the property tax plague.
