Unfortunately, all the sausage and corned beef smothered by the sauerkraut will negate the benefits.

chopping on raw cabbage is a treat....

cabbage and noodles..with a little onion and butter and salt and pepper...

That’s crazy. I just added two pieces of tasty, perfectly cooked bacon to my “artisinal” sriracha sauerkraut last night (with alfalfa and bean sprouts) and it was a good combination.
