The Copts get their name from the word for an Egyptian in the old Egyptian language, before the Arab-Muslim invasion and the dominance of Islam and Arabic. To be a “Copt” was to be an Egyptian. The Muslims attacks the Copts both because they are Christians and because they are reminder that Arabs, Arabic and Islam are not original Egyptians.

This has to be a trick question. The Koran instruct Muslims to kill Infidels. In other words anyone who doesn’t believe in Islam. Unfortunately the Copts are just handy considering they live among the Muslins and are a minority.
