That would show President Trump only values loyalty to him and doesn’t return it. If that’s the case he will lose his base of support.

I hate disloyalty above all things. If we wanted a conventional president we would have elected Jeb Bush

We didn't vote for Bannon either. Trump's the boss and as he says, his own strategist.

We won another election yesterday and ppl are still complaining. We have immigration policies so hard right, its never been done before, and ppl are still complaining. You just can't please some ppl as they are addicted to drama all the time.

“But at the same time it is not the Kushner show either.”

I’ve worked for family owned private companies and public companies where the CEO had members of his family working. In my experience nepotism is bad for the organization, the leadership, and the family member regardless of whether the family member is competent or not.

The reality is Jared Kushner and daughter Ivanka do not have a monopoly on moderate and leftwing points of view. Trump can hire plenty of people around Washington to balance Bannon. The NYT and WP and CNN will give him plenty of left wing perspective.

Jared and Ivanka have no experience in government, politics, the military, or foreign affairs. They bring no credibility, gravitas, or expertise to the party no matter how smart and intelligent they may be. Press reports that Ivanka convinced Trump to bomb Syria due to children dying do not strengthen the president with supporters or opponents. Jared prancing around in a suit in Iraq with the military in Iraq does not help Trump with voters disappointed he isn’t getting healthcare reformed, taxes lowered, the budget completed, the wall built, or spending reduced. Certainly Ivanka’s advocacy for a big new entitlement, government paid child care, is a huge distraction and irritant when health insurance premiums are out of sight and those of us buying health insurance in the individual market in some states are looking at the prospect there will be no providers in our state in 2018 (down to 1 now).

Send Kushner and Ivanka back to New York where they can run their businesses and party with the liberal elites like Ivanka’s buddy Chelsea Clinton.

Look for a major loss of support in the next election..

Just another of the daily hit pieces on Trump, his administration or his family other with no other purpose than to cause the predicted consternation among the purists.

Gotta hand it to the MSM tho, they sure know how to play the patsies by dividing and conquering them............Are you the one with the torch, pitchfork or rope?

Look for a major loss of support in the next election....We DIDN'T VOTE for Romney or another Bush for a reason.

What in hell do you have you panties in a bunch about?

Trump has cut billions of dollars of regulations, selected an originalist for SCOTUS, wiped the climate change propaganda off the agenda and dramatically reduced illegal immigration and continues to stand by his pledge to cut taxes and build the wall despite outrageous opposition within his own party.

It's pathetic you're not thanking God that Trump was elected.

I can’t think of a more foolish move that the President could make than to dump Steve Bannon. It would be a devastating sign that he has turned his back those who elected him. He’d better get his head straight, or he will lose real support—not just phony favorability ratings.

President Trump: are you listening, sir? Don’t do this!

We have immigration policies so hard right, its never been done before

Uh, current policies are a pale echo of what they used to be just 40 years ago.

And compared to the periof 1924-1965, they are still extremely liberal.

You could not get into the country without a golden invitation then. Immigration was almost all from Northwest Europe and numbered < 250,000 / yr.

Spanish was not heard even in American border towns. The idea of a national Spanish language TV network would be considered absurd.

On the contrary, we have been the victims of a tidal wave of hostile foreigners since 1965. We have just begun to finally turn that around.

No, I don’t believe he would call them.

He doesn’t trust the news media to report the truth, and neither do I.

Trump is going to the progressives with Kurchner. I’m finished with Trump as he seems to have just used us to get in office. No Obamacare repeal, no tax cut, and his SIL is taking over policy matters. Bye, bye.

BTW, I haven’t seen one thing that looks like Bush.

But I see lots of people desperate for any excuse at all to jump ship.

Bannon was appointed as Chief exec of the campaign in August 2016 after Manafort had done his job and left.

Support or not, most of Trump’s positions were crafted before Bannon came on the scene as a chief advisor.

I don’t see how Bannon moving on would change those initial positions because Trump already had them.

If President Trump REALLY had a problem with Bannon, he would tell us.

He told the NY Post. Are you holding out for a personal phone call?

No, I don’t believe he would call them.

He talked to them in person. I meant, are you holding out for a personal phone call to you?

He doesn’t trust the news media to report the truth, and neither do I.

I can't advise holding one's breath waiting for the Trump administration to deny that he said this to the Post, the way they've corrected past misstatements.

I agree. It is really difficult to work with the boss’s children.

Don’t these two have multi million dollar businesses to run?

do you know some reason why that mag might try to elicit an unbalanced story (or even edit it such) from Donald?

Hmmm, let's see:

"President Trump is emerging from his first overseas crisis looking calm and competent, with his foreign policy and national security teams hitting on all cylinders." - April 10 editorial

"Trump’s moves to roll back President Barack Obama’s draconian restrictions, notably on coal, and to begin junking Obama’s Clean Power Plan, don’t doom the planet — because the Obama policies weren’t saving it. [...] Trump’s move not only helps the economy and delivers on a promise, it also takes a step toward restoring America’s constitutional system, in which Congress passes laws — not a dictatorial president." - March 28 editorial
