How can you say “THERE IS NO DOUBT ASSAD DID IT”? I have seen not one bit of proof. Where is the HD video showing the planes, the markings and target with a time stamp? THAT would be close to proof to me, at least enough to target Syria.
Did you see the pentagon brief that showed the recorded flight paths of the planes with date time stamps? It was publicly released. I know the systems that collect and assemble that data. It’s real and it’s proof. The systems that collect that data and the raw data behind it are held classified so that the means to collect it are not lost or compromised. The end product is usually held as well, except when it’s decided that it can be released without compromising the collection capability and it has value in making the case for the action taken. Just because you don’t get to see HD video you think it’s faked? I’d less believe video because that can all be CGI faked.
