Talk about making lemons out of lemonade. On CNN today Josh Rogin tried his best to paint President Trumps decision to order strikes against Syria in the worst possible light.
The CNN analyst made the claim that by ordering the strikes, Trump burned all his supporters in spectacular fashion.
Its true that some prominent supporters, notably Ann Coulter, are displeased. But all Trumps supporters? Or even most of them? Surely, a significant majority of people who support Trump support the strikes.

You don’t know $h!T from shinola. It was Insult the comic dog that started this.
Begone.
Alpo is over to the Left. Where you are.
We have zero national interest in Syria and he has stated as much numerous times.
Oh just bless your heart
And apparently reading comprehension is not your strong suit
Already answered
We’ll, Hi Susannah.
Bout time your Southern came out!
:)
Another really good one. All too often we don’t have a clue who the enemy really is. Much less getting inside his head.
I did an FR mail for ya,if you get a minute.
I can see opposing and reasoned points of view. First, Assad did not drop the chemical weapons because it meant risking an American response. The other is that he felt he could get away with it, or at least felt a desire to test Trump’s resolve as opposed to Obama’s lack thereof, and found out Trump is no Obama. I doubt we’ll ever know the truth, too many people have a vested interest with either scenario to not having such come out.
You are only one of about 317 million people and that is all.
Trump supporters like me may not be happy, because we voted AGAINST Hillary/McCain-style regime change.
But the wonderful Saudi Royal Family is VERY happy:
“Saudi king praises Trump for Syrian airstrikes”: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3542412/posts
One of the most inane comments I have ever read.
The only down side is that now Susan Rice is no longer a household name and in line for one of Hillary's orange pantsuits. But, who knows even that could change.
Trump is a brilliant tactician it's too bad most don't get it.
A singular surgical strike against a military installation that has known connections to chemical weapons is not a regime change style attack. Pull your head out of your ass.
Trump had no choice..people need calm down.
Didnt look like you would last long on here anyway...bye bye.
Ok....Trump will call you next time.......
How many Syrian and/or Russian airstrikes have been against ISIS, say, in the last two months? Any idea?
Trump and Mattis have be bombing ISIS from day one.
So what they messed up one of Assad's numerous runways.
If you had ANY knowledge at all about Assad and also his father before him, you would say he deserved it a dozen times over. I SUPPORT Trump’s decision to lay down the law and I don’t give a bloody damn who agrees and who doesn’t agree. I DON’T make my decisions on what other people think!
Me neither and a missile strike on an airbase used to deploy illegal weapons is not about regime change. You’re clearly not getting what is going on here and I believe nothing will change your mind.
