“Jupiter Only 415 Miles From Earth”
No, but where Jupiter really is, is just about as significant.
Jupiter is in retrograde motion within the womb of Virgo and will be for a little over 9 months. Jupiter will exit in a symbolic birth on Sunday, November 13 of this year.
This formation of stars and planets is a singular event in human history. It has never happened before. It will not happen again.
And it perfectly matches the description of the first “great sign” of Revelation 12. In Revelation 12, this precedes the dragon, i.e. Satan, being cast out of Heaven to the earth. This second event appears to demarcate the start of the Great Tribulation.
Further, solar eclipses in the Bible ordinarily signified a time of judgment upon nations. We will have one which will exclusively appear as a full solar eclipse from one end of the continental US to the other on August 21, 2017. (Exclusively, meaning no other nation will experience this as a full eclipse, only partial.)
These are signs in the heavens for those willing to pay attention.
If there is not national repentance, there will be national judgment.
If Jupiter were about a thousand times more massive than it is it would have been a star. In the case we wouldn’t be here at all.
Jupiter goes into Virgo every 12 years and stays there 9 to 12 months before entering another “house”. That is nothing new. I think John was pointing to something more substantive occurring in the Heavens, perhaps at one of the times Jupiter is in Virgo....something so obvious that it just can’t be ignored...such as an approach of a rogue asteroid or planet at the same time the Earth has entered great spiritual collapse and distress!
As for eclipses...they have occurred multiple times all over the Earth in my lifetime without Godly judgmental impact the next day(or over the next months). I do believe that God sends signs in the heavens but the type that people will see and mourn over..such as “the sign of the coming of the Son of Man”. They will be obviously different from the repetitive cyclical signs. The last days will feature unusual signs in the moon and stars, the Earth will have roaring winds and waves, the sign of the Son of Man will appear. The Earth’s day night cycle will be reduced by 4 hours(A 6th part of the sun will be lost and moon will not show her light). In other words...there will be cataclysmic signs in the heavens that break all bounds of astrological and zodiacal explanations and myths!
And that is the point....When God really decides to “send” a sign..we’ll know it(though the enemy may try to send lies via corrupted media to keep the people from seeking reconcilation with God) in our guts!
