"Darmok" is another widely loved episode within the TMG fan base, but it again did not make the world move for me. Yet it did become an inside joke with the two Star Trek Fan drinking buddies I ran with back in those days.
When one of us was asked how our latest date went, the reply would be:
"Okay, but not as good as the ménage à trois... 
I had with Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra!"
