If we took out every aircraft Syria had, that would not be arming or funding. It could be termed running interference for.
I don’t see the U. S. talking up support for the rebels as Obama did. All that was, was veiled support for al Qaeda and ISIS IMO.
It has been my impression that things were dying down in Syria until this recent incident of Gas.
I believe the U. S. and Russia are intent on eliminating ISIS.

Tillrrson just said that "steps are now being taken to remove Assad from power. Thos is thevsame policy Obama-Clinton had. Putin ain't gonna sit back & let that happen. The Russian military will return to Syria again to attempt to prevent it. War is on the horizon 😕
