This received rave reviews when made this weekend. Never had a doubt S/O would have difficulty in eating. Anything chicken - he can never seem to get enough.
Had no white wine on hand as he drinks red and my drinking days have been long gone. Subbed chicken stock with a dash of fresh lemon juice. So creamy, so good. A definite keeper especially when time is of the essence. One more change - rather than small pasta, Vermicelli was used
