The problem is NOT with the parents or the children. It is with the state laws that prohibit the corporal punishment of the children. If you decide to apply physical punishment or restraint, the State Child Services will enter the picture when a "do-good" nosy neighbor or observer complains to them, and they take away your children into their foster care program.

These really stupid activists and the legislators they influence have taken the control of obsessively defiant children away from the parent by threatening to jail them if they use physical means or verbal "abuse" to cause defiance to cease.
